Job Opening | Customer Success Manager

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Customer Success Manager. With the support that you provide, suppliers and end-users get maximum value from usage of the platform and have the best possible customer experience.

You will be reporting to Vincent van Beusekom, COO/CTO & Co-founder.

Specific responsibilities:

  • Support suppliers with creating high-quality technology pages. Provide coaching and feedback to increase the quality of the content.
  • Develop training material - including videos – such that suppliers and end-users get most value from the platform.
  • Work with the Marketing Team to highlight new functionality on social media, newsletters and e-mail campaigns.
  • Work with the CIO to build a deeper understanding of visitor and customer behaviours on our site. Marry those insights with data-driven analyses to improve the customer experience.
  • Support the Development Team with A/B testing to enhance the customer journey.
  • Work with our Marketing Team to optimise the site content and enhance customer conversion and journey.

What you offer, in terms of experience, personality and background:

  • Experience in the Energy industry, preferably both within supplier as well as operator companies.
  • A curious, pragmatic & assertive team player
  • High energy level
  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbally.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Hands-on experience with delivering products and/or services to large companies; most notably large companies in the Energy industry
  • Working in an international environment
  • Past experience with managing website content and/or A/B testing is preferred

We offer

  • A contract of initially 40 hours a week. If preferred: a part-time position is possible as well
  • A competitive monthly salary
  • 25 holidays/year based on full-time employment

This position is open to applicants from The Netherlands, as well as from one of our focus countries (Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Norway, United Arab Emirates, Malaysia, Australia).

In case you’re based in The Netherlands, then you will work in our office in Delft on Tuesdays and Fridays, and work remotely the other days of the week.

In case you are based outside of the Netherlands

  • You are expected to travel to our office in The Netherlands for a 2-day trip at the start of your contract.
  • Other business trips to our office in The Netherlands occasionally, e.g. linked to team events.
